1. How does your quality control?

We have a professional QC team with 8 persons to test the products and packages before delivery. we will control the goods quality during all the mass production.we guarantee our customer 100% satisfaction on all our products. Please feel free to feedback us immediately if you are not satisfied with quality or service, if the product does not meet the contract requirements, we will give you a discount as a solution.

 2. How long does it take to execute my order?

That depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please tell us the quantity and model number of the products you are about to order, so that we will give you a detailed schedule.

3. If we don’t have any shipping forwarder in China, could you do this for us?

We have very good relationship forwarding company, we can suggest them to you, and you will get the best shipping price, and have excellent service. 

 4. Can I have my own professional inspection company to inspect my products before my product export?

Yes you can. We have our own quality control department. You can also find third-party quality inspection departments to check your goods.

 5. If we want to develop some new item, but maybe we just have some idea, how can you do?

We have our own designer to design new products and make new items according to our customer's requirements. we can make new mold base on your idea. OEM according to customer's different needs, and different specifications to meet the market requirement. 

6. Could you make furniture according to my request?

Yes, customization service is available, OEM business is appreciated.

 7. Will you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide most of the product samples. But we will charge a little model fee, we do not bear the freight. Sample preparation will take some time, and if you asked to use DHL, gray  Dart Express, FedEx, etc. to send samples, you can inform us in advance to prepare.

 8. If I go to China to place order, what kind of service will you afford?

We always have a great pleasure at your service. We would book hotel reservation and make a schedule for you in advance. Our interpreter and driver will pick you up at the hotel, and then accompany you to visit the factories and market, and assist you with product sourcing.
